EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) is a unique, empirically validated approach that is recommended by the World Health Organization as a “first line treatment for post traumatic stress disorder.”
EMDR has helped an estimated two million people that suffer from psychological distress. It is a scientifically based therapy that has to do with brain process and how the brain stores memory. When many other forms of therapy have not worked, EMDR is the missing piece. EMDR appears to have a direct effect on how the brain processes information.
Not only has EMDR proven to be effective in working with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), it also helps alleviate symptoms of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, low self-worth, and more!

EMDR Intensives
Is the weight of what you are carrying just too much and you cannot imagine going another minute, let alone a few weeks or months before you start feeling better? This is an amazing alternative to traditional weekly or biweekly therapy.
EMDR Intensives are great for people who cannot commit to weekly therapy or prefer to resolve their symptoms in an abbreviated timeframe.
You will be the only client scheduled on the days you are seen, allowing for increased flexibility around the structure of your session.
EMDR Intensives are up to 3 full days of therapy. I know you are probably thinking, “yikes!” but there are several breaks throughout the day. You would be receiving a total of 6-7 hours of therapy each day. 1 day = $1300, 2 days = $2600, 3 days = $3900.
EMDR Intensives are $1300.00/day, typically from 9-4 (including breaks).
